You are welcome to fill out this form as a free exercise to get your brand ready for the public. These questions will help you clarify your why, your vision, your dream clients, and the language needed to best target your dream audience.

If you are filling out this form because you intend on hiring HeartWriting to write your website copy for you, these answers will help flesh out the unique reason your brand can change the world. This will clarify the language and voice needed for your website, as well as designing an effective social media and marketing strategy.

A brand’s values are ‘what’s important’. They guide and direct a brand’s actions. They articulate its purpose, shape its structure, and define its intent.
A USP sounds exciting, compelling, and of course – unique. This statement is going to help you sell yourself and your offering better than any marketing plan. Most of all, your USP statement has to do this: 1. It will help people solve a specific problem 2. It will sound compelling for your dream client. 3. It will invoke immediate desire – “I must have this in my life now to make my life easier/better.”
A brand promise is a clear statement of purpose, that relates to the brand’s users, and what makes the experience of the brand desirable. Promise = action: what things will you specifically deliver.
A vision statement describes where the company aspires to be, the end goal of its mission. Like a mission statement, it should be short, descriptive, and aspirational.
